Jewish Civics Initiative, a Sunday elective, explores the relationship between Jewish Values and American Politics. The class studies the history of Jewish organizations in America, hot button political issues and then puts the lessons they have learned into practice at a PANIM (Institute for Jewish Leadership and Values) Seminar in Washington D.C. At the seminar, the students take part in service activities, engage in policy debate, visit congressional representatives and tour our nation’s capital!
